Karasai Gold Project — operator training and documentation
Pskent, Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan. An operator training package was prepared for a plant comprising primary gyratory crushing, an HPGR grinding circuit, flotation, leach and CCD units, Merrill Crowe and detox.

The documentation was written against the equipment actually installed on site, not translated from a generic OEM manual.
OUR APPROACH: balanced maintenance model
The right maintenance programme is never a single method.
Running to failure keeps routine cost low and becomes expensive over time. Preventive work alone produces unnecessary intervention. At the best performing plants the work is balanced across four modes.
Lost production is almost never recovered. A maintenance programme is built around the plant's operating conditions as much as the equipment itself.

ABOUT: founder
The company was founded in 2024. The experience started 30 years earlier.
Mustafa Günenç is a mechanical engineer, graduated in Germany in 1992. Across his career he held roles at OEM service organisations for crushing, screening and grinding equipment — from erection and commissioning to regional service management, and from after-sales management to technical support management. He has run field service, commissioning, failure analysis and operator training across Türkiye, Europe, Central Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and West and North Africa.

GMTS performs HPGR tyre changes, tyre life audits and skew control across all brands. The FLSmidth F3200-W at TÜMAD İvrindi was commissioned in 2019 and has been in service since.

Türkiye, Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan), the Middle East, North and West Africa, and South-East Europe.
How large is the site crew?+
The core team is the founder, two service coordinators and two project coordinators. The site crew scales from 5 to 25 people: welders 3–15, fitters 4–8, electricians 2–4.
In which languages is documentation prepared?+
Turkish, English and Russian. Texts are not translations of OEM manuals; they are rewritten against the real site configuration.
