Karasai Gold Project — operator training and documentation
Pskent, Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan. An operator training package was prepared for a plant comprising primary gyratory crushing, an HPGR grinding circuit, flotation, leach and CCD units, Merrill Crowe and detox.
- 01Gyratory crusher operator manual — rewritten in Turkish from OEM documentation.
- 02Mantle position sensor calibration — written on the site's own HMI screens and commissioning setpoints.
- 03Raptor 900 cone crusher training — chamber, setting and protection logic.
- 04HPGR operator package — skew control, cheek plate adjustment, NDS build-up.
The documentation was written against the equipment actually installed on site, not translated from a generic OEM manual.
